UIB.ai is a conversational ALOT platform from Singapore, and manufacturers in the APAC, Europe, and the Middle East regions. UIB has a mission to make human to machine communications as natural as human to human ones. UIB’s focus is on chatbots and virtual assistants.

The main purpose of this project is to replace the current website with a brand new web-based chatbot. UIB chatbot is intelligent and powerful. The engine’s integrated with various technologies, i.e., voice UI or AI lived fiction. You can have a conversation with the chatbot from different channels apart from its website, such as Line, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.

This project is very challenging for us because the design has to be universal; supported multiple devices, platforms, technologies, and different ways of interaction.
